Redhill Recruitment was created after we saw an opportunity in the market place for a dedicated business which operates exclusively within the Foodservice industry, offering both clients and candidates a truly unique approach to their recruitment needs.

As a small family run business, we can offer something that the large corporate recruiters can’t offer and that’s a vested interest in our client’s success. Our goal is to ensure that our clients trust our methods and will keep coming back, turning down the competition when they call(constantly!!)

We do not judge our success by using KPI’s to try and fill vacancies, we do not need to make calls or send numerous CVs simply to fulfil sales statistics. To add, you can be sure that when you call us on Monday morning for an update you won’t be talking to your next ‘new’ account manager because the old one has left, you will be speaking with the same person you have been working with from day one.

Our Unique Approach to Recruitment

Here at Redhill Recruitment we really love what we do and we take pride in our approach. Unlike some other agencies, we only work with a handful of clients at any given time, when we take on a role we will continue working it until we have successfully filled it. Before taking on a role we really get to know your business and what you want, as this will allow us to become an extension of your business, when we are approaching individuals with your name in hand.

We pride our self on our selection process. Before we even interview the candidate in full they have already gone through our two stage vetting process. In fact, our selection criteria is so thorough that often we only need to present no more than two CV’s per vacancy, this stat is backed up by:

  • Our 90% CV to interview ratio
  • We have a 75% interview to offer ratio
  • This goes up to over 85% when working with one of our exclusive clients
  • 95% of our candidates are still in their roles after 12 months.

This success is down to the fact that we have a secure relationship with our candidates. They know that we will only arrange interviews that are always suited to their aspirations and expertise. Both our clients and candidates have confidence that when we ask them to make room in their diaries to meet, it results in a positive outcome.
